AdCap Challenge Competition
Advertising plays a very important role in today’s age of competition. It helps us to know about the brands available in the market and the variety of products useful to us.
Advertising is the dominant aspect of any industry to convince or make the customers believe its ideas for the respective products. It is done using various media types.
Through advertisement, one can learn, unlearn and relearn as it includes varieties of skills with practical relevance and much a more dissemination of information through communication skills.
AdCap Challenge competition initiates a thinking process among children to be able to differentiate between numerous products available in the market.
Learners created innovative advertisements on fashion, toiletries, food, mobile phones etc. The live advertisements had excellent input of humour along with a message. Each learner presented a unique piece of performing art including language, art and media literacy.
The first ever virtual AdCap Challenge Competition was held on 10th December 2020 at GIS, Katargam for Grade 6 to 12 learners.
GIS provides learners a space to demonstrate their understanding of the media world of advertisements.
The participants not only enjoyed but also got to know various nuances of advertising and media world.
GIS always strives to strengthen its learners’ courage and spirit.
