DO WE HAVE SAME KIND OF EMOTIONS?

Take up this situation. Have you ever seen your friend get bullied in the class? How do you know he / she was bullied? How do you feel? Did you want to defend or rescue your friend?
You may defend your friend, or take up his stand or in some another way you react. A question arise in our mind , Can we JUDGE emotions?
Each person has his own judgement criteria. Everyone reacts in their own way on particular situation. Some believe the way we handle things determined by how we manage our emotions. Perhaps we might have heard that what is even more important than a person’s ‘IQ’ is their ‘EQ’, or emotional intelligence, and are interested in learning more.
IQ tests are well-known assessments of cognitive capacity, however, tests of emotional intelligence are more complicated. There are many free quizzes readily available to test EQ, but as is explained shortly, such self-report measures are not always accurate.
Broadly speaking, emotional intelligence involves the capacity to understand and manage emotion. Yet, can this be measured?
Yes, We at Gajera International school planned to take up EQ test for the learners on 27th July. Parents and educator’s are one who directly deal with children. So our educators team framed EQ questions for test . The main aim to conduct this EQ test wasto find theparameters of child's emotions. So this will be helpful to educators as well as parents to deal with their children. Even we are able to understand emotional expression and interpretation can affect an individual survive.

We successfully conducted the test and our learners enjoyed giving this test. This helped them to increase their emotional awareness, have an impulse control and self esteem.
