Educators Holistic Development
Effective early childhood education plays a crucial role in the holistic development of young children. Pre-primary educators, being at the forefront of this vital phase, require specialized training to enhance their teaching skills and create an engaging learning environment. This article focuses on three essential aspects of educators training: Jolly Phonics, Art and Craft (Puppet Making), and the duty of enforcing school rules and regulations. These components empower teachers to foster language acquisition, creativity, and discipline among their young learners.
Day-1:-Jolly Phonics

Jolly Phonics is a multisensory phonics program that introduces children to the sounds and letter formations of the English language. Educators are trained in Jolly Phonics methodologies to provide a strong foundation for reading and writing skills. This training equips educators with a systematic approach to teaching letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and building children's confidence in literacy. Jolly Phonics utilizes actions, songs, and games to make learning engaging and enjoyable, ensuring that children develop a lifelong love for reading.

Day -2:-Art and Craft (Puppet Making):

Puppetry is a versatile and creative teaching tool that captivates young minds and facilitates learning across various subjects. Educators are trained in puppet making techniques, enabling them to create puppets that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.

Puppetry enhances communication skills, imaginative thinking, and storytelling abilities. By incorporating puppets into their lessons, educators can effectively engage children, encourage active participation, and create a vibrant and interactive learning environment.

Day-3:-Duty of Enforcing School Rules and Regulations

In addition to academics, educators have the responsibility of instilling discipline and teaching children about rules and regulations. During their training, teachers learn effective strategies to enforce school rules and regulations while maintaining a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere. They are trained to establish clear expectations, create routines, and provide appropriate consequences for actions. By setting consistent boundaries, educators help children understand the importance of rules, develop self-discipline, and foster a safe and orderly learning environment.

The knowledge and skills gained during this training enhance their ability to facilitate language acquisition, nurture creativity, and instil discipline in their students. By implementing these strategies, educators can effectively contribute to the overall development and success of the children under their care, laying a strong foundation for their future educational journey.
