"LIGHTS OF CARNIVAL"

Diwali celebrations at the Gajera International School illuminated everyone’s heart with joy and fervor. The week-long celebrations comprised a bunch of exhilarating activities for the students. The learners of Preprimary heralded the festival of lights by presenting a skit with a lot of enthusiasm where in the learners set the mood of the festivity by invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesh, Goddess Laxmi and Lord Ram by presenting a mesmerizing song. An inspiring skit was also dramatized to apprise the learners about the dangerous effects of bursting crackers. Educators displayed colorful and ravishing rangolis within the school premises.

Learners done the online activity of elegant lanterns and colourful rangoli designs and diyas. The entire block was resplendent with lovely Diwali decorations. The learners dressed up as various characters from the Ramayana depicted the story of Lord Rama and his return to Ayodhya after conquering Ravana through a wonderful skit thus spreading the message of victory of good over evil. Learners also performed the dance of Happy Diwali and Prosperous New Year.

The school Principal, Mrs. Sunita Hirpara, applauded the efforts of the learners and urged them to celebrate a clean, green and safe Diwali.
