Positive Thinking, Changes Everything..

"Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts."

Individuals who have a positive attitude will pay attention to the good, rather than bad in people, situations, events. A simple example of a positive attitude; when you are having a very bad run of luck but you still say “Good Morning” rather than “What's so good about this morning”.

It is fact that merely talking about positivity won't make us think positively always its a continuous process that has to be cultivated first in our Conscious mind allowing them to prosper and grow in our Subconscious mind first. It is a continuous exercise that we need to feed our mind and heart on a day to day basis.

Retraining Your Brain

  • Build a Positivity Circuit. Three times a day, every day, spend one minute looking around specifically for positives.

  • Give Positive Feedback Every Day.

  • Learn How To Pivot.

  • Pay It Forward.

  • Take Care of Yourself.

  • Release Your Inner Negativity.

  • Bring Positivity into the Present Moment.

Positive thinking sounds useful on the surface. (Most of us would prefer to be positive rather than negative.) But, “positive thinking” is also a soft and fluffy term that is easy to dismiss. In the real world, it rarely carries the same weight as words like “work ethic” or “persistence.”

But those views may be changing.

Research is beginning to reveal that positive thinking is about much more than just being happy or displaying an upbeat attitude. Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that last much longer than a smile.

How Positive Thinking Builds Your Skills, Boosts Your Health, and Improves Your Work the impact of positive thinking on your work, your health, and your life is being studied by people who are much smarter than me.
