A neighborhood is one of the parts of a town where people live. .. The neighborhood of a place or person is the area or the people around them.

Stable, affordable housing is a key determinant of health. The house and neighborhood where one grows up impact the health and longevity of one's life. Having a safe, decent, stable, affordable home also impacts a child's success in school.

In Gajera International School educators first give the brief introduction to the learners through the activity of painting of a place in neighborhood. It can be any place of learners choose, including their house and briefly define community with learners.

Learners also Predicted what they might see, hear, and smell on their neighborhood walk. This would help their senses to describe all the things they see, hear, and smell on a walk through their school neighborhood.
