"Vasant Panchami"

Gajera International School celebrated ‘Yellow Day’ on the occasion of Vasant Panchami. The pre-primary classes of the school participated in the celebration. The day of Vasant Panchami is considered auspicious. Saraswati the Goddess of knowledge is worshipped on this day. So, this Muhurt is considered very auspicious for learners.

Orange became the colour of the day, as learners wear beautiful orange dresses. The learners and staff members worshipped Goddess Saraswati and sought blessings. Learners performed a beautiful dance of lord saraswati. Principal Ms. Neepa madam apprised learners about the significance of the day, and motivated learners to understand and respect their inheritance and culture.

Learners expressed their views on Vasant Panchami. The educators dressed in yellow attire to mark the occasion. Educators gave the importance of Godess Saraswati also done the activity of how to do Pooja, making swastik in their book.

Learners observed the Saraswati puja and vandana with chanting shlokas.
