Winter Day Celebration"

Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is time for home.

Winter is full of excitement with snow, arctic animals, fun holidays and winter sports. In winter we have colder weather, sometimes frost, the trees have no leaves and the amount of time it is light during the day is at its shortest. In spring the weather usually turns warmer, trees begin to grow their leaves, plants start to flower and young animals such as chicks and lambs are born.

Learners of Gajera International School celebrated virtual winter with a grand celebration. It started with a special assembly followed by a winter carnival in the school playground our educators explained about the winter season and gave the importance about the healthy winter food and juices. The day included prayer, winter songs, fun activities like identifying woolens and food items available in winter.

Educators explained the following Winter Facts point wise to the learners.
